Jeonju bibimbap
Order the Jeonju bibimbap at the restaurant that claims to have sold the dish first, back in 1952 - rice cooked in beef broth, topped with seasoned vegetables and a spoonful of chilli paste. The yukhoe bibimbap with raw beef is the step up if you want it.

Been here more than once and have tried multiple dishes. Ingredients are fresh, flavor profile's on point. Other dishes are tasty, but come here for the bibimbap. Bibimbaps are the best I've had in Jeonju, and anywhere else on earth. We have tried the raw beef, spicy octopus, and
I really appreciated that Hankook jib could adapt the Dolsot Bibimbap to make it vegetarian, which made the meal much easier to enjoy. The side dishes were a nice bonus too, and I liked that they kept bringing more when needed. Overall, it was a simple but very satisfying experie
This may be where bibimbap was invented but the food quality is trash. Go to other local places that are much better for bibimbap. If you want to go , get the regular bibimbap. Even the shikkae is in a sealed bag now .. Total tourist trap, also the bathroom wasn't clean and the
