The broth is built on chicken stock steeped with medicinal herbs, giving it a deeper edge than the usual beef-broth milmyeon.

Order the mul-milmyeon first to taste the chicken-and-herb broth plain, then add vinegar and mustard; the dumplings make a good side.
It's self-service and off the main tourist track, so go with the address saved rather than expecting to stumble on it.

I haven't had many milmyeon in my life so I can't compare this place against others but notwithstanding this, it was an enjoyable meal. Noticed that it was quickly filled moments after opening on Sunday morning. No one seemed to get the dumpling.
This noodle called Milmyeon was a local food of Busan city but prevails everywhere now. The first owner of Naeho cold noodles restaurant made it of flour powder from US Army during Korean War in 1950s. Gaegum Milmyeon is a same kind of Naeho's. There are two types of it, with sou
